ChannelSight Hits 12: Awkward Teenage Years, Here We Come!

And just like that, ChannelSight is officially twelve years old and standing on the brink of adolescence. Back in 2013, armed with little more than boat loads of optimism, questionable business cards, and an idea for a ‘Buy Now’ button, we dived head-first into eCommerce tech. Somehow, despite ourselves, we’ve raised over €20m, expanded into a global team, and become an industry-leading provider of ‘Where to Buy’ and Digital Shelf solutions, supporting hundreds of global brands with uniquely valuable, actionable insights into the consumer journey and helping them improve eCommerce performance.

None of this would have happened without the insanely talented, genuinely exceptional people who've joined us for the journey - it's been a privilege to build this company alongside them. And we’re not slowing down - our product investment is continuing to ramp up faster than a weather forecaster mentioning ‘rain’ during an Irish summer. Hold onto your hats.

ChannelSight.AI: It’s Alive!

After over two years of frankly ridiculously intense R&D, enough Post-it notes to wallpaper a medium-sized house, and one emergency team-building session prompted by someone microwaving fish in the office, we're delighted to launch ChannelSight AI: our completely reimagined platform that places artificial intelligence right at the heart of what we do, and fundamentally changes how brands interact with and get value from the ChannelSight platform.

With our predictive analytics, ChannelSight AI enables brands to foresee the revenue impact of the unique, fully customized recommendations we provide, and to engage a full virtual team to discuss and refine these into a clear, actionable plan. Better yet, it tracks impact over time, leveraging twelve years of our proprietary data and market intelligence. This really is the future.

We've quietly trialled the platform with a number of our brand partners since January, with one early tester describing ChannelSight AI as the ‘holy grail’ of ecommerce performance optimisation. And yes, that’s printed and taped proudly to the fridge in our break room, next to our CFO’s holiday snaps.

Shoptalk 2025: Feeling the Buzz

As the great and the good (and admittedly, sometimes the average and the indifferent) gather for Shoptalk in Vegas, we couldn’t be more excited to bring ChannelSight AI to full release. While the brightest minds in our space dive deep into all things eCommerce and retail tech, we've never been busier rolling out a nearly irresponsible number of new features to excite and delight them. We’ve carefully prioritized new features based on client requests (and occasionally demands).
